The University of Greenwich Community Edible Garden is open to anyone - staff, students and the community to enjoy and support through volunteering or occasional edible plant donation. Community volunteer sessions run every Wednesday from 12-2pm and the space is open for everyone to enjoy all day and every day. Visitors ca learn how to grow fruit and vegetables and other garden skills plus help build and make things of interest or use for users. he garden is made up of raised beds, forest gardens, ponds and wetlands and a polytunnel It is gardened organically and with respect for nature. Plenty of seats and tables enable people to relax and enjoy the space and to connect with the natural environment around them.

It's really green and they have a bee farm that produces honey for them to sell. There is quite a lot of lavender on campus which the bees love, and they do tend to swarm in hot weather 😕
