Just been there with my wife who had a physio assessment. This place is good, staff helpful from the entrance ( giving us directions) to the physio department itself. The physio himself had excellent people skills whilst still being efficient and caring. Even stopped at one of the GP areas on the way out who were also friendly and helpful. Brilliant service all round.

Have to wait days to see Doctors only to be told you are fine when you know you are not. Been discharged from the dentist there as they admitted they were afraid to treat me through being epileptic. Just rude and horrible apart from the odd person who might want to help.

DENTAL SURGERY - Had an emergency appointment today and had a tooth extraction. The dentist Nia and her nurse were superb! They both built a really positive atmosphere and made the situation bearable! Done a good job too! Thank you very much! Gutted I cannot join the practice on a full time basis!

Went to emergency dentist, I was absolutely bricking it 😬. A soon as I got there all staff where lovely so thanks guys .had tooth pulled really quick hope to see you never 😃

It's my brothers surgery staff especially the nurse very happy and pleasant

Attended an appointment here with my son in the podiatry clinic. Appointment was on time and the staff who had to perform a procedure on my son's toes were fantastic! They talked to him throughout and he was absolutely fine! No complaints here!!

After suffering 10 years of toothache I went to the dentist here who helped me with a dental plan and took most of my teeth I am now on the road to recovery and my mouth has started to feel much better

Had an appointment for 9am to 9.30 with physio travelled from llanelli toke time out of work for much needed assessment due to crash on the m4 there was a slight delay rang the reception to tell them and make them aware I'd be slightly late they advised me to still attend got to my appointment 5 minutes late over the end appointment time I was turned away by some girl even after explaining the situation with being 5 mins over. Appalling service and no thought to people's emotional needs
