Took my Iphone to them today as the screen was unresponsive. Was offer a price of £35 and when I returned for collection this was no longer the case, my screen was 100% ok, they have tested it in front of me. Following this discovery they've asked for £50 instead as apparently it was something to do with the hardware of the phone. I have collected my phone a couple of hours later and only after using it for about an hour or so I have realised that it wasn't my original screen (as the colours are all wrong and the background is not the right colour, basically a cheap quality product), the button on the phone felt scratchy and it sat above the space dedicated for it within the screen and the phone was getting very hot very quickly. I called the shop and after explaining the above the guy there said to me that my original screen was not good (although it was good a little earlier) and it had to be replaced as well and that he did not charge me for it. He did not tell me neither in the process of repairing it nor when I was picking it up, for some peculiar reason. At least in this case I could have had a choice and decide whether I wanted his poor quality screen or not. They have suggested that should just live with it as there was nothing less they could do. I came to them with one issue and left with three. Would highly NOT recommend this repairer.

Crooks, avoid at all cost. These Scammers won't be working for long when people come to know that they overcharge, don't fix on time and keep your phone hostage for days even when you asked them to return it even as broken.

Excellent customer service and follow up care. They fixed my phone's microphone to a very, sharp high standard. Very friendly staff too. I would definitely recommend!

This shop really helped me out my phone wouldn't turn on and turns put the charging bit in phone burnt out, took 40 minutes to fix and a reasonable price of £35 definitely go to again if needed
