OutsourcedIT has been providing support to my business for over 10 years. I would thoroughly recommend them as they are responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. I kept my maintenance contract with them after I moved to Northampton because they are able to solve most problems by accessing my computer remotely and I trust them to do a great job.

We have been using outsourced IT as our IT support for our business for the past 5 years or so and they have always been fantastic. I'm posting this review today because I had an "IT emergency" (spilling coffee all over my laptop) and Keith and Simon basically delivered the best service I have ever had. Keith answered the phone in 3 rings, told me exactly what to do (laptop, off, upside down on a towel!) and he then immediately set to work on transferring my account to an alternative laptop at our firm remotely. Within one hour Keith and Simon had got my whole IT access up and running on the alternative machine, and we had arrange for my coffee ruined machine to be taken to A&E (collected by Simon on his way home)! Fantastic service chaps. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

About a year ago, I moved our business's IT Support to Outsourced IT after some problems with a previous supplier.
I am delighted to tell you that they have been excellent. They have excellent knowledge, they are open-minded, and they actually listen to what we want. They have moved our IT into the current century without wasting my money and insisting on wasteful upgrades where they are unnecessary.
We are a small business with only 4 PC's so it's really difficult to find the right support. I have had various companies and one man bands supporting us over the years and most have been OK but with some sort of compromise.
With Outsourced IT I don't feel I am making compromises.
It actually feels like I have an IT department within my business - and one that is better than internal IT departments I have experienced in the past.
They do cost me a little more than I used to pay, but they are worth every penny.
I can highly recommend them and would be happy to take a call or an email from anyone thinking about using them if you want any further questions answered.
