Happy with my experience. Had a cyskie virus infect my computer and was able to be dealt with same day. Had a query the following day and were more than happy to assist me with any questions I had for antivirus'. Would recommend to anyone in or around Boston looking for a well priced, quick service

I have been reliant on PC Power to set up and service my computer for nearly four years now and I have been very satisfied with the personal service given. The manager has taken time and trouble to call in at a specified time and correct any reported faults in a positive and understanding manner and I am very grateful for this. The screen on my Lenovo laptop broke on Monday morning. I rang and made an appointment for 12 noon. Well surprised to receive a phone call yesterday morning saying he had fitted a new screen and could collect at 2pm. Brilliant service and excellent price. I will recommend to everyone I know.

Really helpful staff and reasonable prices

Very obliging, sorted my laptop no problem. Over the years I've used many different people for computer problems. These knock spots off all the others. I really don't think I will find better. Absolutely BRILLIANT.

I can’t thank Matt enough. I was close to buying a new laptop before I spoke with Matt and tried a SSD replacement first. He was responsive, professional, polite and most importantly got my problem fixed. It now takes my laptop 20 seconds to load up rather than 20 minutes. Saved me a fortune, and probably an angry wife. My laptop had a massive problem with nothing working at all. I took it to PC Power on Monday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what was required, a new hard drive. On Friday I collected it, all my data had been retrieved and it is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend PC Power.
