Absolutely awful, not even worth one star.
Took my Xperia z3 screen to get replaced, they 'fixed it' the next day. After taking it home the vibrate and led didn't work. Then the screen went fuzzy and made the phone unusable. I took it back and they said come in tomorrow and we will fix it. The next day I came in again and they said they would have a screen in to replace it for over 2 weeks. So I asked for a refund and they said it's my fault it's broken and not theirs. I then waited 2 weeks and then saved me one of the screens. I then went to the shop again and they told me they sold out again. So after another 3 weeks they finally ordered me in a screen and fixed it. The flashing led and vibrate are still broken but I can't face taking it back to that horrible shop again.

Also it smells appalling because it's got a nail salon in the shop too.

Never ever use them!!!

Replaced a screen for an iphone 5. Sensitivity after poor and the screen cracked within days. The phone was not dropped and there was no impact. They refused to replace it but were happy to charge another £65. I suggest that you find another repairer! Cannot recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful!!! Took my phone in for an easy screen replacement and to change the audio port. Phone works fine I was on it just before walking in when i ran out of battery. I get my phone back, won't charge and stuck on loading apple screen. I return with this and he says loose connection, I return and he now tells me he's had to order a part, next visit now my battery is dead and I need a new battery.

When I explain it was fine moments before I brought in be starts having a go at me for insinuating they've done something. Return again and now there is another part which is preventing charging!!!! This is despite my having partly charged the working battery that morning and using the phone on my way to town!!! I ask him to remove all parts and refund me what I'd already paid before I'd returned the first time.
THERE'S MORE! despite him agreeing to this when I return for the phone I'm under changed and he explains this is because he left some parts in, despite my telling him to remove it all! I finally get a full refund and my phone, it was working fine (despite a cracked screen and broken mic jack in the audio port) when took it in, now it won't charge, can't even get lights on the screen! Utterly gutted I ever saw this store, lost many photos and decided to buy a new phone.

Iv never EVER in my life had such a poor experience of quality service and the unbelievable rudeness and cheek of the man to get angry and tell me I'm lying, that I handed him a dead phone and then to under refund me.

Paid £225 to get screen fixed of a Huawei p20. When I went and picked it up all seemed fine. I got home and the home button fell off and the front camera stopped working completely ever since getting it repaired. To pay that much to get a still half broken phone is ridiculous

Had an issue with my phone, so had to buy a new one of the same model. They transferred all data and sorted out the phone for me, and were incredibly helpful and explained everything so I could be included in the process. Would definitely recommend

This is by far the best phone repair shop I have ever been to. The service is incredible and advice they give you is amazing even to the point it can ultimately take business away from them in the first instance. If you need anything done to your phone don't bother going anywhere else.

Excellent. Repaired a non working phone for me , without charge. I'd already decided to upgrade, so bought the new phone there. Excellent advice, competitive price. Transferred all data, apps etc from old phone to new for me, again with no charge.

I’ve used this shop several times for different phones, and I’ve always had sound advice from the guys, on more than one occasion they have suggested doing something which saved me money - rather than cost me more - and any work that has been done has lasted and been great. They were recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them on.
