Water damaged 2021 macbook fixed within a matter of days. They replaced the screen and fixed motherboard for half the price I was quoted by Apple store. The service was also very friendly and kept me up to date with the progress. Highly recommended.

Fab service! A few months ago these guys fixed my son's Play Station & made it good as new. Today they did a home visit to look at some networking & WiFi issues weve been having: they gave clear explanations which really helped me to understand what was going on, & have done a great job of fixing the issues. Prompt, polite, extremely professional & reassuring...highly recommend!

MacBook Pro i7 - Super Quick, Reliable, Honest Repair Service

Due to my laptop not being used during COVID-19 for DJ purposes, when it was finally turned on recently, it wouldn't power up. I spoke to Apple who provided me with a list of certified repair centres, however if you look at their reviews, they weren't great or local to me. Take a look for yourself!

I did my own research and found TommyTech in Ealing, West London. The laptop was dropped off on Sat, they are only open till 14:00 on a Sat and closed on a Sun. By midday on Mon, I had received a quote, which I was happy with and I asked them to proceed with the repair. I got a call at 18:00 telling me that the laptop was repaired and ready to be collected as they are open until 19:00.

I picked up the laptop the next day (Tue), it powered up with no issues and all of my data was there. I asked to see the 'old' logic board, and I was shown it. I compared the serial numbers with the pics I had taken on my phone and the logic board was indeed mine and faulty, as there were two burn marks on it.

I apologised to Tomasz for doing this, as I was only making sure that something was actually wrong with the old logic board. I was made aware that there was an issue with the mouse pad (I had pointed this out) and a screw was tightened to resolve this issue. They could have made some stuff up and charged extra, but didn't.

Everything was explained to me in detail and I was given the option of continuing with the repair vs taking my laptop back. The customer service experience is excellent and you are spoken to and treated as a special customer, all customers are.

You hear of horror stories, where customers get ripped off or their devices are given back with additional marks, scratches on them. This will not happen to you here.

I trust TommyTech and have already started recommending this company to all of my friends and colleagues.

You will not be disappointed and Apple need to take on TommyTech as a service partner as they are clearly better than the companies Apple are currently recommending.

Honestly shocked with the results! Dropped of the PlayStation 5 for a Hdmi repair at 1PM and it’s been fixed within 3 hours. I can’t recommend Tommy tech enough, if you’re having any issues with your console please take the time to visit and I can ensure you won’t be disappointed😊

Catered to my urgency and did a big repair job (screen replacement, battery replacement and palm rest replacement) overnight with stated original Apple parts (not that I can confirm this) and without any express fee. My case was costly, but I have no doubt it would be far more expensive in certain other places. My MBP is now physically in shape (I can now fully close its lid!), runs well and still looks good (no scratches or marks were added). Saved my Christmas/NYE holiday.
