On my birthday of all days my phone died. A Google search took me to this firm, less than a mile from home. I phoned, and took it in before I even had breakfast. By the time my wife and I were having a birthday lunch, Kingsley had 'phoned her number to say that my phone was repaired and ready to collect! The problem was not the battery but the charging dock. He had been able to repair it, so he saved me the cost of a replacement part, and he charged only £30. Within hours I had my phone back to read birthday greetings from my family! Sending it to Apple Support would have taken 6-8 days, and, I expect, would have cost more. Excellent, prompt, friendly service. Highly recommended for anyone in the Croydon area.

I randomly selected a repair service online to fix a hardware issue I had on my laptop, and got lucky enough to get Kingsley at lim.GSM who answered my call. I found him to be very professional and polite, with a quick turnaround service once the part came in, he also gave my computer additional checking, for any underlying problems. Once he was finished, he provided me with helpful advice on what I could do to enable my laptop to run more effectively and efficiently, considering that I wasn’t ready to purchase a new one. In saying all of this, I give two thumbs up to using Kingsley, and this company for your repairs.

I posted a request for a quote on Bark for fixing my slow computer. I promptly received a call from Kingsley who offered to collect the computer the following day quoting a price which I agreed too. He collected it on a Friday evening and returned it the following day. The computer is running fast like new now. A prompt and professional service. Highly recommended!

While cleaning the keyboard of my HP Spectre 13.3 laptop with hygiene wipes, some of the liquid infiltrated the keys and made some keys unresponsive. In an attempt to get into the hardware and clean up the liquid ingress, I messed up some delicate connectors and feared I may have damaged the entire laptop. I took it to LIM GSM IT solutions and Kingsley was very helpful, polite and professional. He took on the job, ordered the keyboard and fixed it within a few days. My laptop came back looking as good as new and working perfectly. The repair cost was also very reasonable compared with what I would have paid at the high street consumer electronics shops.
