PC Headache?

I've known Chris of PC Headache since about 2010, and he's still my go-to person for keeping my home computers going. Quick response, thorough job and open advice are his hallmarks. He's prompt, friendly, and does what he says he will. I've recommended him to others who've been equally satisfied. Good job Chris!

Had a problem with the set up of a gaming PC on a Saturday afternoon. A friendly, and helpful conversation over the phone really helped us to identify problems. Takes a special sort of customer service to be so helpful on the end of a phone to a complete stranger - I would definitely be happy to use Chris in the future.

I've been going to Chris for a few years now for annual PC check ups and whenever I have a IT problem. Chris is helpful, responsive and never makes me feel stupid even when I'm sure I'm asking stupid questions! He's lovely to work with and can never do enough for you. It's a huge relief to find someone trustworthy and efficient particularly when you work for yourself and don't have an IT department! I very highly recommend!

Chris at PC Headache has been looking after my computers for several years. Nothing is too much trouble. This week he has replaced the hard drive on my laptop, and then patiently and remotely reconnected my printer.
His services are very reasonably priced. Most importantly for me, as I am not confident with technology, he does not treat me like an idiot!
