Highly recommend. These guys have always steered my Dad and I in the right direction. Dad on a PC laptop and myself with Mac and macbook. Whether contacting on phone, email or in store they have always responded and helped. Been in today with a storage issue and totally sorted with further advice on how to prevent the same occurring. As a complete 'technophobe' I struggle with even the most basic PC issues, David has the patience of a saint, answering the most inane questions from me. David has set up computers for us, helped with temperamental printer issues and sorted out our WiFi. Absolute treasure. Support local business and they will support you.

This shop has been my go to place to solve IT problems for several years, and the lads have always been super helpful, and amazingly knowledgeable. I took my ipad in on Saturday as I had problems with the charging port. I was expecting a large bill for a replacement part, but David quickly solved the issue at an extremely reasonable price. I would totally and unreservedly recommend this shop

Needed to join my ethernet cable together as my squirrels in the garden chewed the cable to my man cave I phoned quite a few people nobody was willing to help so I got in touch with PC helping Findon and they couldn’t have helped more it’s safe to say they’ve got a customer for life and also the problem got sorted within a couple of hours I’m so grateful that there’s still shops out there like PC helping Findon where they believe in old school values and really do class you as a customer and not just a number…

Replacement of the screen on a Dell laptop: Excellent result, completed on time at a fair price. I will certainly use them again.

My HP laptop (which I purhased from PC Help 4 years ago) was running very slowly and I expected to have to replace it. However, PC Help serviced it and replaced the hard drive with a new solid state drive for only £178 and the laptop is now as good as new. Although David estimated that the work could take up to five days, it was in fact completed within 24 hours. Fantastic service!

Fixed my cracked laptop screen while I waited and at less than a third of HP repair agents. Absolutely delighted can't say enough good things about them
