The guys are amazing, I took two dead laptops to the shop and they were so quick and effective so both of them are working well. I got some good advice with those laptops also, so just i"d like to say a big thank you too. Definitely recommend them.

Took laptop in to be repaired was given a very good quote then told he couldn't do it due to the nature of the repair as it needs micro soldering and there was no charge for strip down and inspection.

Honest man who knows what he is doing with computers I'd use him again in a heart beat.

Son built his own gaming computer for Christmas but it kept crashing when being stress tested.
Took it to pharos who had it for a week testing it different ways before finding the fault linked to the power supply (turns out it was a faulty box).
The invoice was so reasonable that after the effort he'd put in, my son gave him a bit more

Fantastic,I took an old but never used laptop in as it wasn't connecting to the Internet, plus it had a few other issues. A week later, and with superb communication, I now have a fully working laptop to stream movies on while away at work. Thanks

My 2 year old decided to smash my laptop screen, couldn't thank Darren enough. Fixed this within a few days and sorted the laptop speed out and gave it a refurbishment. Would highly recommend and would use again for future repairs as I know there will be 😂👍 thank you again.

Absolutely amazing.. My old Toshiba is updated and up to speed. Fantastic customer service. I can't thank them enough. Very highly recommended.
