If we could leave more than 5 stars we would, as we’re very happy with the service carried out by Phil.
I’m disabled and a single mum. My son who’s my carer, lives for his Gaming PC, so when it suddenly stopped working, I was in a dilemma and needed someone to help!
I went online and Phil’s website spoke to me, he’s local & I’m a purple fan, so I rang & after speaking to this wonderful man, I knew I had found the right person for the job.
From start to finish, Phil went out of his way to help resolve the problem, and even fixed things that we didn’t know about. I loved the free Purple Goody bag!
My son is very happy with his PC, it’s working better than it ever, so I can’t thank Phil enough for all his kindness and help, shown to us!
I’ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know, he’s also very reasonably priced for the time, effort & those extra few miles, checking the whole machine is running better than before, updating etc, rather than just fixing the initial problem.

Phil has been the greatest help to me - saving all my data and restoring my laptop after a password malfunction. I dropped off my laptop at 6pm on Saturday, and he worked through the night for me. It was ready by Sunday early afternoon, and it’s running better than it ever has.

He made sure I knew what was happening and was happy every step of the way. On a personal note, I also chatted with Phil for a some time, while we waited for files to transfer. He’s the most interesting and chatty man, and I was lucky enough to get a mini tour of his purple palace! It was a truly memorable Saturday.

For everything he provided and the time and care he took, the price is well worth it!

What a total pleasure it was to have Big Phil sort out a virus on a Laptop, for me .Phil is highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very jovial. Furthermore it's not an one off, there is support and advice readily available. Excellent value of money. Phil at the start explains the cost, the problem, the solution and the turn around, no head aches. I love his passion, can't wait for my next IT problem !!

Not only solved all my issues with my computer but also was kind enough to sit with me and teach me all about my PC so I could undertsand both what he did to improve it but also how I can look after it better going forward. Would really recommend his services especially to anyone looking to gain knowledge about their own custom built PC.

Big Phil came to the rescue when my laptop died (with all of my PhD work on it!). He managed to extract all of the information from my old computer, advised me on the best replacement laptop to suit my needs, and then set it up so that it runs beautifully. Big Phil was very supportive throughout -- making time for me in his busy schedule at short notice -- and the service provided was good value for money. Thank you Phil!

I called Phil with a couple of problems and thinking I would need to book an appointment with him at a later date. However, he was ready to help then and there! He fixed my issues and not only that he gave my PC a thorough MOT (all done remotely via screen share) and it is now working like a dream. No more blue screens and no more flickering screen! Thank you Phil, I will definitely use you again!

Phil listened carefully to what I wanted and suggested what he could do.
When I went to collect my laptop, it had new hinges, with adaptations as apparently it's a common fault.
He then did a full service, updating my firewall and virus scanning. He took time to explain the modifications and allowed me time to acquaint myself.
Good job and I will return for regular servicing.

Great service and excellent value for money. Phil took a lot of time (and patience!) to sort out and transfer all my data. Very pleased with my new laptop. The customers exact needs are ascertained before Phil uses his vast knowledge to build the complete package.
