My son's windows phone got smashed, and within 48 hours we had the phone back, as good as new! The charge for repair was the most competitive price in the area and with a 12 month guarantee. The staff are extremely helpful,friendly and knowledgeable and if we have any other problems with devices I would definitely return. Highly recommend!!

Not very impressed with the service at this place at all. They said they fixed my sons iPad mini 2 but when we got it home there were lines all over the centre of the screen. It had gone in for initially for cracked glass. It went back in and then cost a further amount for a 'new' LCD. The communication was non existent with me having to phone to follow this up and when I turned up in person to collect the second time they were still carrying out the repair. Since it was 'repaired' the second time the home button did not sit correctly and the screen quality was awful. The home button then displaced completely under the glass and this affected the LCD. We took it in a good while ago to fix again under the 1 year warranty for the screen and they stated they contacted us to discuss the repair with us but we never had phone calls or voicemail from them. To cut to the chase they have not honoured the 1 year warranty for the LCD and say we have damaged it! We did not damage the screen as the iPad has been in a protective case since it was returned to us after the initial 'repair'. It was the shoddy repair in the first place that caused the screen to be damaged. Not happy that I will be having to fork out more money for this repair. I will not be using this business again. If I could give zero stars I would!

Excellent repairers. Sorted my daughters 6 month old HP Laptop that another technician had said wasn't worth trying to repair. Initial cost was £300 so was made up when the lads sorted this for £65. Also repaired my sons PS 4 that kept spitting out the discs for £35. All done in the time in took me to go to Manchester Airport and back.
Excellent customer service from a small company that I believe is going to go places. will not hesitate to use again

I have used this business twice now and both times my issues were resolved. Even though he was very busy, he helped me remotely using the anydesk app which he installs as part of his aftercare, if you want it. He was true to his word about the warranty. Due to the nature of my laptop issue, resolving the problem took some time...well after 11pm on a friday night. But he persisted until all the issues were resolved. I can honestly say he was committed, polite and genuinely worries about his customers opinions. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again. When he is busy, just have a little patience, because its worth it.

In fairness I bought my laptop in after hours and he looked at it, however consistently failed to get back to me when he said he would over a week, I had to keep pestering for updates. On picking it up, he hadn't given me my receipt and struggled to find my laptop, pretty shoddy. My MacBook Air was fixed and worked for a few days however it was a cheap quick fix, cleaned some water damage yet it's now broken again and despite a warranty from SOS I refuse to go back as I'd been charged £90 for a little nosey inside and clean, and failing to check the battery and power connection, as the charger light DOES work, you just didn't do your job properly. Taken my laptop to a better shop and they've already told me shouldn't have been charged this much, and everything should have been checked.

Avoid this shambles of a place! Not even going to bother asking for a refund because I'll just get another shoddy excuse!

The guys here at SOS did an amazing repair on my iPhone after it completely turned off and wouldn't come back on! It was fixed on the same day I took it in which I wash shocked as I thought I would have to return for it days later, the guys make excellent communication and will try to match or beat the price on any other quote you have had! I would highly recommend these guys and i will most certainly be returning for any future repairs!!!!

Dropped off my PS4 3 weeks ago, the day after I left it with SOS computing I was contacted and told it would be sent away for repair that day.

2 weeks later I was told by Mike after I contacted him, that he was picking it up (Thursday) and it would be ready to collect, I go to the shop only to be told that Mike is away until Monday and my PS4 hasn’t been sent away at all.

I have my PS4 back and it is still broken.

Mike is a liar and I’m disgusted at the whole experience with SOS Computing.

asked if he could fix my sons motherboards he said he will try repair them iv messaged him 4 times with no reply it has been 4 mouths and has not contacted me regards to repairing them would avoid this person!!!!!!!
