My first time visiting and purchasing from this company. What a breath of fresh air to meet someone who puts the customer "First". Kev could not do enough for this stranger who appeared in his shop with a deceased laptop (apparently laptops do not like orange juice??) Could not recommend this guy highly enough-Kev you deserve success, if only all experiences were like this the world would be a MUCH better place` If 10 stars were an option you would have had them-Take care and be lucky. Took my PC in to be diagnosed recently. The customer service was absolutely top notch, couldn't ask for more; very friendly and down to earth, their pricing is also fantastic. I don't live too far and feel great knowing these guys are around the corner for any of my PC troubles in the future. If you have any PC queries or concerns, get yourself to these guys - they'll sort you out.

I had problem with my arcade/computer system but Kev didn't over promise a result but worked tirelessly to rectify the problem and all was well within 24hrs..

Amazing service, steller staff, and speedy repairs, highly recommended! My laptop went in for repairs, no surprise costs, (had been set prior), and had been returned the next day, amazed that I hadn't know about this store till now.

Had a problem with my laptop, unable to reset myself due to a Windows 11 error. Took to Bettabytz and received really great customer service and a quick fix. Would recommend to anybody.

Fast and efficient service. Was able to get my laptop in straight away and got it back the next morning, cleaned up too! Also got an antivirus installed and didn't break the bank. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely terrific service from Bettabytz. Took my daughter's laptop in and it was repaired there and then. Honest and friendly service and I will return for future IT issues. First rate!

Built my PC for me super speedily and with brilliant cable/fan management, were very polite and professional, and excellent value to top it off. Even cleaned some of my old pieces for me, top quality shop. Literally couldn't ask for more. Best PC place I've ever been to.

Update: went again after an SSD fault and fixed as good as new - can't recommend them more. Very friendly, too!
