If u could give more stars, I would. We had a PC that wasn't booting up, a huge disaster for us as a gaming family. We called PC medic up at 3.44pm, dropped PC off by 4pm and had it back before 8pm that evening. All that was requited was a simple fix, and that's all he did. Great service, great price, would happily recommend

John is fantastic. He is so helpful and explains everything.
He gave me advice over the phone to try and sort my computer myself. When this didn't work I handed it to him on a Friday night and it was returned on the Saturday working fabulously and at a fantastic price.
I also asked him to look at an old old laptop which he also managed to get going and as a key was stuck he had to disabled the keyboard and he kindly gave me a keyboard and WiFi booster without charge.
I highly recommend John for any computer problems.

Prompt, helpful service at a very reasonable price. I dropped my laptop off for a check-over/repair (after some light water damage) and he got it working like a dream within the hour. Definitely recommend! :)

Fixed my MacBook Pro which was unbelievably slow and absolutely useless. Was PC Medic done there magic the computer is like new in fact it’s faster than when I first got I highly recommend 5 STARS.

PC wouldn’t boot properly turned out RAM needed replaced. Quick and easy service got the computer back up and running within an hour or so. Highly recommend and excellent value for service

Have had IT help from John a few times now and he has never let me down. Diagnosed and replaced a faulty drive for me in a very short time. Also happy to provide lots of advice when I was having problems setting up. Prices are very competitive and he is very reliable. Highly recommended.

John is a super helpful chap.
Had a problem in that i lost Windows Mail and had been unwell.
Phoned PC Medic and John tried to talk me thru recovering myself. Asked if he cld/wld call at the house as it was Sunday. No problem and he arrived later. Very aware of the charge but happy. Now up and running. Thank you John

Used PC medic and having a reasonable amount of knowledge on the ins and outs of PCs, I could not sort an issue. I phoned at 5pm on a Monday and was asked firstly about my issues to see if it could be diagnosed over phone. John tried his best but it needed looked at. I was asked to bring my PC down and I got it back the next day in full working order. I have also since had my components moved from my old case to new and again at short notice it was all done within 24 hours with up to date friendly customer service and most importantly a very reasonable price. I cannot stress how well my problem was dealt with. Would highly recommend PC Medic to anyone. Saved me weeks of waiting to send PC away for repairs.
