Excellent service and very reasonable prices, repaired my laptop which was a complicated and difficult job, saving me the very high cost of replacing it, a much recommended business. It is great to see that these businesses still exist where you get a quality repair and advice and where you get brilliant value for your money.

I have used the services of North Wales Computers, Services, for the last two years. Their service has been efficient and friendly. They pick up and return your computer at no extra cost. For an old woman like me, who has used computers for twenty years (but still is not computer savvy), they sort out my problems in a clear and understandable way. An impressive combination of professional skill and attention to detail has enabled North Wales Computer Services to bring 5 year old HP Pavilion laptop back to a more seamless and speedy operation than it had even when new. The hard disk had faults which made the machine so slow that you could brew a cup of tea, drink it and do the washing up before it would be fully activated on start-up. Part of the problem may also lay with some of the programs I had installed, but North Wales Computer Services, were able to analyse the problems caused and rectify them speedily and effectively. The new solid state memory is so much quicker and robust than the old hard disk drive, and is a great improvement over the original specification.
The service provided was particularly impressive when compared to that of the Tech team at PC World, who a few months before had totally failed to speed up the machine after having it for about a week. I know in future, North Wales Computer Services will be my first port of call when I need any help with my computers, and I have total confidence to recommend them to all of my friends.

Fantastic same day service, resurrected my dead laptop, gave great and relevant advice and all for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Brilliant.

I rang the company to explain the problem with my computer, two hours later they came to my home to pick it up. Over the next two days many tests were carried out to resolve the problem and the owner Dave Brammar kept me updated with phone calls and words of reassurance. On the third day with all options exhausted and a new faster drive fitted Dave returned my computer and connected it up. All working perfectly and better than before such a relief.
I would give North Wales Computer Services ten out of ten for their prompt and excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Well done.
