I received a phone call a couple of hours later informing me that my laptop was ready for collection and all problems had been corrected. Super fast professional service at a very fair price. Went there last Friday as my laptop was not charging or running on power cable. Within 10 seconds before got laptop out of bag the potential problem highlighted. 30 seconds later problem solved. Well done Genie and thank you. Also was not charged. I am using laptop to write this post.
