I fully recommend using PC Fix Swansea! Steve was amazing! I messaged the page on Saturday night around 9pm and received a reply by 10pm to arrange a phone call for the following day at 9am. I was able to drop my laptop off at 10am that morning (baring in mind it was a Sunday). Steve quickly got started on my laptop (which was in a terrible mess), he kept updating me throughout the day and made sure I was happy with everything he was doing. I was able to pick the laptop up the same day as Steve was so efficient. He gave me great advice on where to store my documents and pictures to prevent me from losing them should the laptop ever break. My laptop has been working perfect ever since and even faster than it was before I broke it. The price was very reasonable as well!😊

Steve performed an excellent job in repairing my laptop to a very high quality/level of detail. Always kept me informed throughout the process on whats-app. Extremely honest and trustworthy. Very transparent about costs of parts and manual labour. Price charged was cheap for the work undertook. Would highly recommend his services. Very clear that his an expert at his profession.

Can't recommend Steve enough, he sorted my sons laptop so fast for us. His quote was easily £20-30 cheaper than the other quotes. He kept me updated throughout him fixing it. Appreciated him sorting it so fast in all this, my son needed his laptop to keep onto of his school work. And it's now working, charging perfect. Thank you!
