I just had a fantastic experience with Phil, who managed to fix my laptop within 2 minutes of me bringing it into the shop! Having dropped it, I thought it was completely done for, but he took one look at it and fixed it, so now my work is saved. He was kind enough to not even charge me, and now my college and university studies can carry on uninterrupted. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. If you have a problem, Phil's your guy! I got a little lost on my way there, so just make sure you head upstairs in the main building and the office is on the right. Absolutely thrilled!
