Needed a clean wipe & install of Windows 10 after my personal recovery attempts failed. There were numerous obstacles that came up along the way and although the job took a fair bit longer to complete, it was completed correctly and first time. Highly recommend. Great prices!

My computer was failing to boot, and Protek fixed my computer and backed up all my essential documents.

Top quality help from a very skilled technician. Being updated on the progress as time went on as well as always being ready to give a price quote was very reassuring. I knew my computer was in safe hands from somebody who understood not the computer's components, but that they were dealing with somebody else's property, and that it was important to keep the owner updated. I'm not very computer savvy, but they helped explain the issue simply enough without patronizing, and offered advice once the service was done as to help upkeep and prevent the issue from happening again.

Contacted Protek with a problem with windows 10 on my desktop the service was excellent and the home visits were as agreed very punctual. He was very knowledgeable and resolved all of my issues. So much so my wife has contacted him to return to fix some problems with her laptop. The costs were very reasonable and would not hesitate to recommend Protek to all hence the 5 star review.

Have to admit that I was not sure about Protek at first as I could not find a website or email. However, they were local and Google reviews seemed positive. Really glad I did and goes to show that a fancy website is no real indicator of quality.

I had a problem with my PC - power supply completely dead and replacing this beyond my skill set. Protek looked at the computer the same day and advised on the best balance for replacement. Work was completed efficiently and would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a mega problem with my 7 year old laptop. Overheating and crashing all the time. This was a very expensive laptop when I purchased it and was very reluctant to replace it with a modern day equivalent. Tried resolving the problem myself and failed miserably.

My computer blew up and I had a huge panic attack, I work from home and 8 months of my work was on it without a back up, this happened on a Friday night and I wanted to have it in repair and see if any other parts suffered apart from the power supply immediately. I managed to get in touch with Protek on Saturday morning. The gent seemed like a really nice person and down to earth but most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE, right of the bat told me I can bring it down and he will have a look at it and let me know what's up on the same day. Knowing what it was he proposed a quick solution and said the computer would be done by Tuesday, which was very quick. I asked for some additional things such as adding an SSD card which makes my computer lightning fast now. He also installed a fresh Windows at a really low cost which was a great bonus as I was running a cracked version. The overall job took until Weds instead of Tues but that's only because I asked for additions last minute which were a lengthy process. VERY satisfied with the job done and the PRICE surprised me at how reasonable and cheap it was. Even after the repair I was able to call up and ask for some advice, great service.

DEFINITELY A RECOMMENDED PC REPAIR SERVICE, WOULD GO BACK AGAIN. (Hopefully won't have to for a while)
