Our printer wasn't connecting to our Laptop. Graham was like a bear with a sore head because he couldn't print anything. Called Lunat and spoke to Ian. He told me straight away the price and 2 options which I thought made a refreshing change. 5 star service, fast, reliable, reasonably priced local company. Printer now working and Graham is like a pig in mud and I've got the tv remotes lol 😆

Very helpful and reasonably priced. Contacted me before proceeding with any work. Updating when parts were late etc. Even kept shop open for an extra 30 mins so I could get there and collect. Very lovely people.

This shop undoubtedly gives the worst service of its kind that I have ever received. I had two laptops of above average condition which weren’t running at all well. The service, (at the door) was not complimentary, and basically I was charged in excess of £500 to supposedly rectify the situation with both. The man did not have a clue regarding passwords and messed up my Apple products as he worked on my Windows laptops contravening simple things which put my Apple products out of use too.
The repercussions have been nerve wrenching and I am therefore having talks with a gentleman from Trading Standards, who has been flabbergasted at the fact that I have been charged SO MUCH, for work which has badly damaged these laptops and caused severe distress regarding the now workings of my Apple products. It will cost me even more money, as I have to go to Apple in Cardiff for their guidance.
The man gives the impression that he knows SO MUCH about the technicalities of HP and Lenovo laptops, but knew far less than he claimed.
A total rip off merchant, who won’t hear the last about this!!
