I have always used this company for my computer needs and have found them to be extremely helpful. Today, Chris gave me some very useful advice about an old but working laptop - it doesn't need a battery if it always works off the power supply! Thanks Chris, that saved buying a new one. Read the reviews and all correct. Chris knows his stuff and is very friendly and very down to earth.. sorted my laptop out and didn’t try and fob me off with extra buys, in fact tried to stop me buying extra ram as he deemed it unnecessary. Great guy, great service, even took the time to reinstall my os there and then. Can highly recommend 👍

Had a great experience here. Laptop power went and motherboard was broken. Chris was amazing, diagnosed the problem sorted another higher spec laptop for my needs and transferred all my very important data, all for a very reasonable rate and within 24 hours. Couldn’t ask for more

Absolutely delighted with the service from Chris and Completely PC. Fixed my computer in under three hours after Microsoft technicians had done their best to wreck it over three miserable, stressful days on the phone, “chatting” and remote control - time I will never get back! They left windows on the wrong drive, lost programmes, destroyed my iTunes library and slowed the computer to a ten minute start up. All to fix a small problem with a printer app. Chris restored everything quickly with no fuss to leave the computer in the best condition it’s been in for a long time. Everything where it should be and all lost things restored and very speedy. Excellent. Stress free and very good value. Great to know I will never have to speak to Microsoft again. Highly recommended.

Amazing store, purchased a new computer and laptop from there. The staff were friendly and informative, assisting me in finding the best possible models and parts and were incredibly helpful if I experienced issues and helped me set everything up. I took my desktop PC to Chris at Completely PC with what I thought was a virus that I had spent hours trying to resolve. After an hour or two Chris had identified the problem as a faulty hard drive which he replaced with a new one and transferred all my data onto it. Within 3 hours I was up and running again as if nothing had happened.

Well where do I start. Having had numerous issues with my son's PC continually crashing and then eventually dying completely I popped into Completely PC in Burgess Hill to enquire on how they could help. Spoke with Chris who was not only knowledgeable but also really friendly and professional. I knew immediately this business could be trusted and that Chris would do his best to sort out the issue. (Those who know, know how urgent a broken computer is to a computer addict child!) Checked out the pricing which was very reasonable. Quick drive home and I returned the PC 15 minutes later at 5.15pm. Got a call from Chris at 9am the following morning with his diagnosis, and another call an hour later with a quote for what he thought needed to be done. Once agreed I was told I could pick the PC up later that day with the work done. Overall a phenomenal experience from a business that not only knows what they are doing, but also understands how turning a customer's problem into a resolution in under 24 hours is world class customer service. My son's PC is working much better than it ever did - which is win win for me. If you are reading this and have any computer issues do not hesitate to contact this business.
