Absolute life-savers. I work from home, self employed so my PC is essential to my livelihood. I woke up and the PC would not boot at all. I took it to Ace Computers where it was very quickly diagnosed that my motherboard had died, a replacement was ordered quickly by Ace Computers and was fitted the very next morning.

I took the PC in on Monday, with a dead motherboard & had it returned fully working on Tuesday. This quick turnaround was huge for me and the customer service was second to none.

Would highly advise for any PC needs.

ACE Computers were so kind, I’d left my MacBook cable at work and couldn’t pick it up for a few weeks as I work mainly from home. They lent me a spare Apple charger until I could get a replacement. A big thank you for being so helpful!

Had problems with an old desktop PC after a power cut. No Post beeps or image on screen. After all the normal checks regarding cable connections I decided to take it to Ace Computers after they were highly recommended to me. I dropped it of on Friday morning and it was repaired Friday afternoon. The cost was very reasonable and they fully explained what repair was carried out. All staff were polite and helpfully. I would highly recommend Ace Computers to anyone.

Update 18/1/23
Decided to upgrade and bought a Dell computer. Laura moved files and programs from my old PC to the new Windows 11 machine. Very good price and great after service.

Although the shop is 15 miles away it is well worth the trip.

I cannot thank the team at Ace Computer enough! After two years struggling with a laptop that just didn’t do anything you asked it to do and that took an age (not) to do it, I relented and took it to Ace Computers after a recommendation from my brother. OH MY WORD!! I now have the equivalent of a brand new laptop that reacts immediately and runs silently!! The difference is incredible to say the least! Now I am kicking myself for not acting sooner! Thank you so much again to the great team! Ace is a great name for them!
