Internet-Ink

I ordered new HP Deskjet ink cartridges (b&w and colour) from Internet Ink last week (Feb 18th 2022). I chose them as for the first time I saw on the website that you could buy an XXL size and they seemed better value than the XL ones. But on installing today (Feb 22nd) they don't work. The reason is the latest firmware updates to my HP printer mean the ink cartridges can't talk to the printer and this is because the ink cartridges are not made by HP. I didn't notice this when I bought them as Internet Ink made clear they were 'compatible' plus I trust the company as they were recommended by Which Magazine. The returns process is complicated and in order to get ink cartridges that do work I have had to order new ones, so handing over even more money to Internet Ink. Not happy.

Have used internet-ink for years and their ink cartridges are perfect substitutes for the OEM refills. Never had any issues with compatibility and they are much more cost effective way of printing out everyday articles

Arrived in specified time,great cartridges,works well with my printer . Fast delivery will definitely use again . highly recommend.

I have only been using Internet-Ink for around 1 year but have decided to stick with them for the foreseeable future. I find their prices to be the most competitive and the cartridges they supply to be fault free. This morning I did, however, experience a fault with a cyan toner and called the customer care number. A delightful lady called Joanna was brilliant in diagnosing the problem and, although we were unable to fix the contact points on the cartridge, she has arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent out straight away. Very impressed with this company and the customer care service - much better than cartridge monkey who I used to use, and who have been very reluctant to assist with any damaged/faulty toners (of which there were quite a few!).

I ordered comparable ink cartridges from internet -ink a set of 2 black and 3 colours , ordering was simple and fast delivery.
The cartridges were excellent quality and the price was very good. It's not the first time I have used Internet-ink the overal service is excellent I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

This is only the second time I have used Internet-Ink and based on my two experiences, I could not fault the service and the efficiency of the website and the staff. Both of my orders were on my doorstep within 48 hours and I was kept up to date as to when to expect them so I was not hanging around. Finally, the prices are great and for years I have been paying some very expensive prices and wish I had found Internet-Ink a lot sooner, but now I know where to go and cannot see me going anywhere else. Well done Internet-Ink and keep up the good work.

The world of compatible ink cartridges can be hit and miss. In the past I have been plagued with sub-standard cartridges or "non standard cartridge installed" error messages. No such problems now since I switched to Internet-Ink products which work flawlessly. Delivery was fast too. I highly recommend them.
