Beautiful PC, works perfectly.

Was the whole transaction perfect? No.
In fact they did forget to send the mouse out with everything - mistakes happen.
The important part (and why I have still given five stars) is that within an hour of me sending out a request, I had a response that didn’t beat around the bush. They admitted there was a mistake on their end and had it sent out express next day delivery.

It was with me by 9am the following morning. Mistakes happen, but how you react to them is what’s important and for that, I give a glowing report.

Everything was as it was advertised and delivery was much sooner than was originally anticipated - a welcomed surprise, for sure! But still with giving me 24 hour notice to arrange if I hadn’t been in.

Overall a great experience.

I bought my first gaming PC from here recently and it was delivered packaged beautifully, the build was impeccable and the price absolutely razor sharp in how competitive it was. Runs absolutely beautifully and has converted me from console 100%. There were some shipping issues due to the bank holiday I ordered it on, but Ruth was an absolute star in getting it sorted for a Saturday delivery and was ridiculously helpful and friendly. A credit to a company of obviously very talented PC builders!

I bought pc from Laptop direct in December 2021 for £1070. I was buying this to help with the 2nd hand I bought for £300 couldn't handle. This pc had all the spec that show it will be a decent one to handle the work load. Upon receiving the pc I realized my £300 2nd pc was performing better than this new pc I bought which was from fierce pc. I continued to use the pc because I could share the work load between the two pcs.

Fast forward 6 months down the line June 2022. One afternoon the new bought pc just completely shuts down and wont turn on. I contacted Laptop direct as it was still under warrenty and they told me to contact fierce pc. I did contact them and they told me to send it back to them. I was given a return lable to I packged the pc and sent it to them. Few days later I got an email saying that the pc got damaged in transit and my warrenty doesn't cover for the damages. I was shocked as to why I am responsible for the damage. I was told to pay extra £413.05 to cover for the 2 fans that was damaged and the pc case.

As to why am responsible I don't know. Long story short I was given a free case and option to pay £185.52 for a low spec fan which is no where near what I originally bought.

My advice is be careful buying from these as everything is great until you run into a problem and their customer service is 100% poor. I did read other reviews similar to this but I went ahead and bought it thinking I was going to be different. If you are thinking of buying from these just know that customer service is not going to help whatsoever when you encounter a problem.

Completely agree that the customer service is shocking post purchase. I've have got a problem with my PC which is still covered under the warranty. I've emailed twice and recieved one response asking for more details. I have provided all additional details and now no response. I've tried calling and every line gives and engaged tone and then cuts you off. I will be giving it one more week and then opening a claim through the small claims court.

Dissolved their previous company (under the same name) with no notice even though my pc was still under their warranty. The delivery of the PC was also delayed for multiple weeks; at one point they almost sent me a PC with the wrong parts! A friend of mine also ordered their PC from here and it has consistent issues after only 10 months of regular use. A sloppy business with even worse standards.

Honestly, I've been using a PC from this company for like 2 years now, and I can still run every single new game in max graphics. I actually reached out to them recently, asking about how to remove a side panel, and they went out of their way to actually find it and look for videos etc. Amazing people, amazing service. If I need a PC again, I'm buying from you. Customer Loyalty 💪

Absolutely shocking company which will block you on social media for pointing out errors with marketing like their new "world first gaming subscription service" that basically asks you to pay to receive marketing and the new website they shared with us that had a lorem ipsum F&Q section which was auto generated placeholder text - see photo. I won't mention the fake give aways.

Just bought the Crusader GTX 1660 Super from them. Came the very next day as stated and before noon too.
The quality of the build seems really good/solid, nothing loose. I'm really, really happy with the product. Good honest prices as well, which is nice to see. Definitely my first choice in future.

Thank you FIERCE PC.
