Very professional and friendly service. Fixed my broken laptop that wouldn’t turn on, and then performed a tricky screen installation on a second machine flawlessly. Rest assured I know exactly where I’m going next time I have any kind of tech issue!

I had an issue with a Laptop that was stuck in a repair cycle after doing automatic Windows updates. Gary was very flexible as to when I brought it in and had fixed the problem within about 3 working hours of having it!! Dropped off about 5pm one night and he had called me saying it was ready for pick-up 11:30 the next day.

Gary also provided clear guidance on how much the initial cost would be and estimates should his first fix not resolve the issue.

Came here to have my laptop cleaned and thermal paste re-applied as it had began to run pretty hot and was causing some throttling issues.

Despite me dropping off my laptop on a Saturday I got my laptop back Monday morning, and it is performing like new again.

Good understanding on repair of laptop. Was having problem turning on my laptop, he had a quick look and tell what need to be done. The fix was done within 24h period and gone extra fixing lose connection of some of the wires aswell. Price was also within acceptable range. Highly Recommend.

Technology SS and Gary have come to my rescue on a number of occasions. I have purchased a refurbished laptop for travel/work and, in discussion, he gave me sound advice to upgrade a private laptop rather than opt for a replacement. Gary firstly allways came out to my car to carry the computer from my car to the shop . this means a lot as i have 2 loads of cancer and heart troubles
he fitted a new SSD DRIVE to my computer ,,its 10 years old
Did a complete servie including a full heat sink removal and clean then restuck it AT A VERY GOOD PRICE others company ,,,people were vastly more money
ime 65 and cant fault his service at all
