John is simply amazing!
My computer wouldn’t work and wouldn’t properly switch on and I had so many important files which I need to access and my files were not backed up.
I called John and he popped into my work place to have a look. He took my computer away and worked on it over a couple of days and it is now all in working order!

John is such a lovely gentleman, kind and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

My screen cracked at the beginning of the recent Bank Holiday weekend. I felt bereft and everywhere was closed! Not quite, fortunately, and within an hour I was handing over my lifeline laptop, feeling rather stupid that I'd closed it onto the mouse. John is really nice, friendly, helpful and enjoys what he does. Whereas I'd expected to be told the screen was beyond repair and I'd have to invest in a new laptop, John said otherwise and within a few days I had it back, good as new and at a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended. Don't bother with the big guns, John will sort your computer problems out and you'll know you're getting a professional and honest service.

When my computer would not start at all John fixed it very quickly with some sound advice for me to future proof my work going forward. Totally reliable -his priority is just to get his customers sorted but with his eye on the long term. The cost to repair was competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
