Do NOT trust this store for advice.

I went in as my MAC Book Pro wasn't powering up. After what could only be a minimal/cursory glance they said it needed to be booked into their workshop. I said I disagreed, went back to the office and someone there found a solution on Google and solved it in seconds. If I had taken their advice I would have been without my laptop and I have no doubt would have faced a stiff bill.

Feeling really niggled with the experience I went back to the store 10 minutes later as I wanted to share with the Manager what had happened. After waiting 5 minutes without any acknowledgement I was then told the Manager was on the phone. I just said "don't worry I would write to him". I hope you get this. A store like yours has to operate on professionalism, capability and trust. Sorry failed on all three.

Do not trust them to repair your Apple product!!! Phone taken in for battery replacement with tiniest chip in bottom of screen to which they advised could crack further, accepted that. Got phone back & screen totally blank! Unable to power on! They retained phone & said would speak to Apple next day & contact me. Did not call so contacted them to be told nothing can be done as out of warranty but full screen replacement would fix it. The chip in the corner caused it!!!! Contacted Customer services at HO & assured (Nick Constable) would sort out problem in 24-48 hrs. No contact after 48hrs so called them. Not their fault (Mel) it’s in the t&c we signed that we knew of possible damage!!! We were told screen could crack! NOT that screen no longer work!!! WASHED THEIR HANDS OF SITUATION! Wanted to speak to supervisor told she would call me next day!! AGAIN no contact!!! Ended going to Apple who confirmed that chip would not have caused screen malfunction & that there was no need for them to have FACTORY RESET the phone. So grateful Apple sorted out situation without charge!! Stormfront cowboys!!!

Somehow In trying to Sync my Laptop, I pad and Phone I got locked out of Apple. Techs sent for recovery link.
Went to Store when link arrived, and saw Ben who very patiently got the Devices to sync with same password.
As my Laptop 12 years old brought new Mac Air. Ben was brilliant and somehow managed to transfer data from old laptop to new one which was not a straightforward operation.
Ben is extremely helpful and I consider that Select are lucky that he works for them.

Really great service here. Had to take my laptop in for a repair, and it was sent away and fixed quickly. Had a Masters deadline coming up which they took into account. Friendly, helpful staff with good attitudes.

Just a terrible service, the very young members of staff have no idea what they are selling and stand around hugging and chatting instead of helping customers. I was more than willing to buy a new iPhone there and sadly walked away without one as no staff wanted to sell one

Matt with the pink hair and his colleague with blonde hair were very helpful. I made finding a charger overly difficult and they made it extremely easy. Both were very polite, patient and really friendly!

4 phone calls to shop to check they had a new battery for my MacBook Pro and to purchase a new I-Mac, no answer equated to no sale and me using another supplier.

Not good staff.
Very rude.
Very bad service.
I bought iphone 12 1 hour before than open box The phone screen scratched. I came back stores. I showed phone than staf told me your problem.
Didn't change.
After I was take video recording inside everything change.
I took my money.
Thus store fake apple stores.
Not buy something else.
