They actually in my view are useless at fixing computers. Apparently used an illegal copy of software which I am checking with Microsoft . My computer is worse than before and it cost me

"Anything that is remotely I.T related may be recycled with us." says the website. Unless it "too old" or requires using a flight of stairs, says the man who came but refused to actually collect. If you have IT equipment to dispose of I recommend you look elsewhere.

Avoid this place! Incompetent company, rude and racially abusive staff! Complete cowboys do not trust these people! they don't have a clue what they are doing and will try to rip you off! I would give 0 stars If I could.

This computer shop is wonderful if you just want a quick fix for that "weird" noise your laptop is making. I'm not an expert on technology, so I was worried about being scammed or tricked, but they were friendly and explained everything they were doing. It would have been easy to tell me that I needed some new expensive parts, but instead they did a quick fix which WORKED and only cost me the £25 minimum fee for opening the computer. I can't vouch for any big issues, but for my problem at least this shop was excellent.

Very helpful. Provided a second hand computer with all my requirements at a reasonable price. Also provided an update when I needed it without quibble. Very pleased.

This place doesn’t deserve even a half a star and I will explain why.
My son bring a laptop here and the gentleman (owner) ask for 25£ just to have a look inside.We just said ok let’s have it done. No receipt was given, he was so rude ,antisocial-behaviour with my son regardless of his orientation.After two weeks time I go to pick up the laptop (a Sony with touch screen)and he was very rude and angry ,told me that my laptop was rubbish and he throws it out?!??and also he mentioned that I should pay 25£ for his job?!Can you believe that???
