If I could add a sixth star I would. Today I dropped my work laptop at home smashing the screen. I contacted PC Home and within two hours the laptop was fixed. The service, speed and price were absolutely incredible. I could not give higher praise. Try them out because they have just earned themselves a loyal customer in me.

I took our Canon printer into the shop on Saturday 9th January as it had stopped working. I was reluctant just to throw it away and buy a new one as I did not want to unnecessarily add more waste to the system. I was very pleased with the service received. The printer was quickly appraised and I was informed it could be repaired for a very reasonable amount. The repair was done immediately and I was able to return home with printer fixed. Well worth the visit and printer is operating perfectly . Highly recommend a visit to this store.

Brilliant service... issues with my PC, took it in on Saturday, fixed by Monday... clean install of Windows & all files backed up & re-instated, fully informed all the way and reasonable charges... definitely recommend.

Very quick turnaround on my PC repair (failed power supply and damaged main board). They clearly explained what had failed and showed me the damage and then carried out the required repairs in the same day at a very reasonable cost.

Outstandingly Good.

Two computers died over Christmas 2021. An all in one PC and a laptop. PC Home sorted both out better than I dared hope for. Quickly and cheaply.

The 'All in one' indicated a hard disk error and I thought I had lost months of work since the last back up. In fact the fault was with the computer and I got the hard drive back undamaged - and with all the data transferred to a new 1 Tb drive. All for £140 - and sorted in 2 days.

The laptop was just dead and my son thought he had lost work from his PhD. PC home found a short-circuit on the main board and restored the computer to perfect functionality, all for £80 in one day.

I am 62 years old and have been dealing with computers for 44 of those years. My opinion of this business is that they have high levels of expertise and charge very reasonably.
