As one of click @ clients I am happy to review their service. they look after our business machines as well as my home computer and my laptop. if we have any problems they usually are with us very quickly and sort out the problems for us
I find them very reliable and reasonable priced.

Utterly disgusted by the service. Gave my Mac for repairs only to find huge scratch marks all over my laptop. Then the owner argues that it wasn't their fault but it came with the scratches to the shop! (off-course). He kept on arguing in-spite of me explaining him that I have maintained my laptop well for years and I know when I see it differently! The owner promised to offer me a discount as a result of a long wait and more references from me but had the audacity to say that he is disappointed with me and is not willing to give any discounts.
In the end I realise that the returned charger was in a dismal state only to find out that it wasn't mine. This company keeps no track of peoples accessories! The owner needs to learn some manners to start with! He became very aggressive and ordered me to get out of the shop when he realised I wasn't happy! This is only the first day and I'm already dreading the fate of my MAC after the kind of services i received. STAY AWAY!

About 7 months ago I found another vga monitor in the garage and decided I wanted to do dual vga setup and my pc only had 1 vga output and so I didnt do any research I just decided if I got a splitter I could have multiple screens to work off of, I brought one for I think £10 I soon found out it just duplicates the display I called him up asking how to fix it, he said thats what a splitter does, he asked if I wanted a refund and I said no I dont want to make my way up there again, so I just kept it. Now I have a graphics card in there and I only need one monitor.

Resolved hard drive issues completely and quickly (arranged "while I wait" service for an ID10T problem) professional polite helpful and considerate with my gear. Recommended. Thanks Mo.

Avoid this place. Few days ago I brought them my laptop with overheating problems. I was charged for cleaning, couple days later the guy rings me telling that laptop is all cleaned but this didn’t resolved the issue, he advised to buy the new one instead spending more money to repair the old one. I took laptop to the another repair shop for second opinion. And found out that actually laptop hasn’t been cleaned at all, they made photos with fans full of dust!! I actually quite shocked- they took money but haven’t probably even opened the laptop. Very dishonest service.

FANTASTIC! I visited Click@ a few weeks’ ago and Mu was very helpful. I was quite specific about the refurb laptop I wanted to buy and, without being at all pushy, he assured me he could provide a laptop that ticked all my boxes. And indeed he did - it’s actually of an even better spec than I’d hoped for and at a really good price too. I’m so pleased with my purchase, and the excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend Click@ to everyone.

Mo fixed my daughter’s MacBook which had a complex audio issue and he was so polite, helpful and efficient it made the whole experience really easy. Mo was thorough and reliable and delivered the repaired laptop on time and as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Mo and this service.
