After a 10 hour wait, I paid £95 for the replacement of a power jack and a 30 minute repair session that has damaged my network adaptor and left me unable to connect to any Wi-Fi.

The technician, was careless (forgetting to reconnect my mouse after removing it) and rude after I called to investigate the problem with my Wi-Fi - becoming aggressive and placing the fault with both myself and the internet provider.

Don't allow this company's investment into Google advertising convince you that they are competent, considerate or professional.
