IStore - Apple Crawley

My iPhone 13 wasn’t charging properly, I took it to the iStore in Crawley and they gave the internal charge area a good clean. All fixed and charging first time again!
Speedy service and the team were very helpful and friendly so will go back again for any other issues.

Shame I can not label them 0 stars. Been told by numerous staff that my work laptop will be ready and able to collect, I also made it clear this is my business laptop and it is urgent I pick it up before I leave for a trip so I am able to work aboard. Day before,(and just two days before my flight), I speak with the manager, he tells me "laptop has not even been received by Apple yet and I have to wait until further instructions, furthermore that it was my responsibility to ask for technicians, as sales team always give wrong advice."

I booked a walk in appointment to fix a charging issue with my iPhone.

The staff were excellent, polities, very knowledgeable, asked questions to find the best solution for me, gave me some advice and options and fixed the problem.

Having tried to save money with a non apple approved fixing firm, I will definitely recommend istore Crawley and I will use them again should the need arise.

Fantastic service from Lawrence and his colleague today. Lawrence took the time to go through the issues with my phone which has been playing up for weeks. He was thorough and extremely patient about it all (as i couldn't remember any of my passwords so everything needed to be reset). He explained things well and got the phone working which was great. I will definitely use this store again.

I experienced a very customer centric & friendly atmosphere at this store. Mr. Scott was very helpful in getting my iPhone issue resolved so quickly. This rating is for him & his colleagues who serve their customers with a smile and make the experience a positive one.

I had an issue with my iPhone and I went in to the store and Scott was the first person who greeted me and was super helpful. He too away my phone to see if anything can Ben fixed at this stage. After 30min Unfortunately my phone was gone forever, but it was just a pleasure how Scott dealt with the issue. Answered all questions and gave tips what to do next.

When I got home I got a trouble with my old phone as I need to be sure my personal info wouldn’t notify be affected, so I had to call the store and spoke to Lawrence, and he was also super helpful and guided me through over the phone.

My wife took her malfunctioning 8 year old iPad into the Crawley store. Scott gave us comprehensive advice regarding our options without any pressure to buy a new iPad. He clearly understood the needs of his customer and gave us good advice as to what to do next. All our questions were answered and we never felt rushed into making a decision. We highly recommend the service offered here and especially recommend Scott if you need clear advice and explanations.

Just want to say how amazing your employee Scott was today. He assisted me and me and my son with an iPad issue today. He was extremely helpful, patient and was happy to be of of help to us. He was confident, smiley and very welcoming. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I’ll defo be returning to see him again, should I have any more problems. I’ll certainly be recommending him to friends and family!
