Guys Figo is the real deal, I had a laptop which kept turning off every 15 minutes,I took it back to pc world,they had no clue, I took it to a dell specialist, No luck!
Was recommended Figo Computers by a friend and 1day later, problem soleved!

Initial phone consultation which was very helpful. One arrived he saw to it straight away and was able to repair the issue (system fan not working) by simply cleaning out all the accumulated dust (I mistakenly thought it might need replacing). £25 which is very cheap compared to PC World who wanted £60 to send it off for just for the diagnostics for 7 days! Even though the startup screen clearly stated the issue. It took about 20 minutes and was done right in front of me. Quick, cheap, honest and very friendly service. Would recommend.

I was very happy that they were able to sort my laptop charger straight away. I was happy. Until it kept making funny noises. Then last night, it sparked and started to melt - which means I will need a new one.

I am happy with their customer service and knowledge, and how quickly they sorted it. I just wish that they wouldn't sell faulty goods.

Was looking for a laptop with a specific capability to run a downloaded app.
I bought a Lenovo 16.5 inch which was in as new condition for a great price but wouldn't run the app 100%.
So he done some research and let me swap it for a Toshiba 17 inch with a better spec. Works perfect.

Dropped my laptop to them on the Saturday with a broken screen, and not a normal one, a touch screen one. In a week they had it back to it's former 1080p glory. Great price, friendly customer service and updates via text messages during the repair. Would use again and recommend. 😎

Could not log into windows 10, Microsoft were not helpful and the battery would not charge up on my laptop. In one hour it was all fixed and working fine for such a small cost. If you have computer problems go to Figo to get them fixed. Cannot fault them
