They fitted a new GPU and PSU. Excellent job including cable management which is not easy to do with a gaming PC. They took the extra time to do this. Very friendly, very helpful and very good value for money

My laptop was old and very slow, taking 15 minutes to boot up. I asked nuneaton computer shop if they could do anything to help and they suggested I upgrade the hard drive to an SSD. After doing that it now boots up within 15 seconds!

I was having problems with my sound for Zoom sessions and was quite baffled as to why people were telling me I sounded like I was under water. I phoned out of the blue during the third lockdown. Alex picked up the phone and remotely linked up to my computer screen to see what was going on. After buying a headset and microphone I called again to test this out. Alex figured out that the problem was the Zoom setting, which would never have occurred to me. I am very grateful and extremely impressed with the service. I can highly recommend Nuneaton Computer Shop. I will definitely be using it again.

Alex could not have been more helpful and reassuring as I was very stressed as I am a small business owner, the problem was resolved in a very timely manner and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from beginning to end.

Now I don't mind a bit if speeding/overtaking (no angel myself) but was driving through Coventry and Nuneaton today, mid-morning and had the misfortune of having to deal with one of this company's drivers. Absolute reckless c-u-n-t to several drivers through the whole journey and in peak traffic. Completely excessive, unnecessary and laughable given we arrived around the same place at the same time.
I don't normally leave reviews when this sort of thing happens but the manner and driving was so appalling I can only imagine the customer service is just as bad. I mean who puts other drivers in that sort of friggin danger... Just vile.

Brilliant service I only asked for advice after resetting my laptop I took it in to check I'd done it right. No charge. Polite and welcoming. Will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you.
