Dec 2018, Brilliant service very polite and honest service. I am computer savvy but sometimes I like to get things resolved from the professionals. Ian demonstrates good knowledge and was content with leaving my PC with IS computers. Repaired my PC with 24hrs and was very good with communication. I would highly recommend them.

This is the place to go for all your computer repairs. Knowledgeable, fast, thorough and polite.

I called the shop because as my PC was lethargic, needed some hardware update and a complete reinstall. As opposed offering a new PC or a rebuild, which another local company suggested, IS simply suggested upgrading the RAM and putting my OS on an SS drive. They did the work the same day and I collected my PC the next morning.

Since then, it has run faster than it ever has and for a fraction of the cost of others.

If I could give 6 stars I would, no reason to go anywhere else for my computer needs. Fast, efficient and friendly.

It's expensive compared to shopping online but that's because they have to pay staff and for a shop. It's a good place to go if you need something fast but they hardly keep anything in stock at all so there's no way I'm ordering through them and paying so much extra and waiting longer than I would from other sites.
Also it's really weird that they wear suits to work. You don't work in a bank and you aren't the mafia. Being dressed like every day is a Sunday and calling people sir is polite but completely unnecessary.

I popped in today to share a computer spoec with IS that my son had priced up - we were met with a very gruff chap, stern face and arms folded . we asked if he could look at it and recomend anything different of better - we were ' told' - "it's all on the website, and to look their". It was like we were inpterupting him. I have not been treated like this in.....all my 47 years of life. Needless to say, we won't be looking on their webiste and we will not set foot in their shop again. If you have a shop, surely it is there to discuss computers with customers ? Very poor and I wish we hadn't bothered . To the chap we spoke too - ' very disappointing customer 'service', why bother having a shop at all.

High quality, reliable service. Much friendlier attitude than your average IT shop.

My wife and I have been using IS Computers for around 20-years and have always received superb service. Finally decided to move on from our Windows 7 (Loved XL and never liked 7 that much) and Office 2003 (which was great for us) and asked Ian to supply us two modern PC's with Windows 10 and Office 365. Ian transferred all our data from our old PC's and set up a network connection to suit our personal requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for them to satisfy our needs and we are very pleased with the product and service. Thanks.
