Western Computer Apple Premium Reseller - Preston

After a three month wait for my missing laptop which I took into Western Computers (they then sent it to Apple for repair) ...

**** A REPLACEMENT LAPTOP ARRIVED LAST WEEK ****

Despite the loss of my laptop and everything on it, I am grateful that Western Computers finally got this sorted. I would say that all the stress could have been alleviated with better and more empathetic communication. But I'm very happy a replacement has finally been issued.

I was after an iPhone 14 Pro and placed an order with another company who later let me down by cancelling my order and telling me they didn’t have enough stock. By this point everywhere else was sold out. I called the Western Computer helpline to see if they had stock, luckily they had a couple of models remaining. I went into store to place my order with Gabby, she was very polite and professional… the day after I picked up my new phone without waiting weeks like everywhere else!

Absolutely first class service from Western Computers, specifically Pete. I ordered a custom build MacBook Air M2 & Pete managed to find one in stock and it was delivered the next day.
I couldn’t have asked for better service!

The service i received from the Preston branch of Western Computers was out standing in every area , booked my appointment on line and headed off to Preston were i was greeted by a young lady , i think was called Claire ? , who explained and talked me through the process of my repair of my Mac Book Air screen which was damaged . Highly knowledgable and with expert advice given , my mac was booked in , my fee paid which was at a very reasonable price due to my apple care plus guarantee . Three days later i received a text letting me know that the repair was complete and my computer was ready for collection. I can only praise the staff for there superb customer care and repair service that they provided !!!!! Thank you to all staff involved , a credit to Apple indeed !!!!!

Replacement of cracked iPhone 13 Pro screen. First class service, job was done within two hours with genuine Apple parts. Staff great and fitted screen protector should I get clumsy again.

My iPhone went rogue . Spent 45 mins on phone to apple they wanted me to link to computer and do reset . No computer so said to go to Western Computers . I did no reset needed took Gabby approx 45 secs to sort it easy peasy . Excellent service , the best 👍😊
