The Computer Shop

Having previously used The Computer Shop many years ago and being very happy with the service provided there was only one place to go when my hard drive packed in. It was dropped off at 11 and back by 16:00 like a brand new computer at a very decent price. I would recommend using them to anyone. I intend returning to purchase my next computer from these guys rather than go through the over selling of the main stream suppliers. Many thanks for getting me back up and running within a day!!!!

Cannot thank the guys at The computer shop enough, who actually saved Christmas for us, our son’s gaming pc broke 4 days before Christmas and most of his presents involved this pc, the guys worked tirelessly to fix it before Christmas and at 7.30 pm on Christmas Eve after giving up any hope we got a phone call to say it was ready!!!! Could not believe it, those guys give exceptional service and are so helpful. I would recommend the shop to anyone!! Great value and fantastic customer service. Thank you so much, you really went above and beyond.

Hinge snapped with my MSI laptop 3 months ago and within that time period went to multiple computer repair shops to see if they could possibly do anything about it. After multiple long winded conversions the conclusion was always no but after a while of giving up and letting my laptop deteriorate further I thought I would give it one more shot and I'm so glad I did. The staff were very polite, helpful and kept in touch with me the whole time and once I picked up my fully refurbished laptop and gave them the money I felt like I was robbing them with the service I received. Highly recommended.

Helped me through my PC upgrade.. advise was very helpful and they had the build completed within a few hours. Very happy with how it is running. Will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Came in for Type C charger and HDMI, had no plugs available, so gave me one he had lying around for free! Excellent service, highly recommended.

Have taken my PC twice now. First time was very, very quick at re-assembly to add some new parts in for me. Second time a little longer due to a motherboard issue (my own fault of braking and just waiting for the part). Service was fantastic, no issue ringing up just for an update and PC is now running better than ever.

I actually come from Wigan to drop the machine here, slightly out my route to work but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. My computer wouldn’t run at all. Took to computer shop and they worked wonders on it. I was so upset thought I had lost everything. Amazingly recovered all my photos, files, videos, documents, accounts. Thank you so much. Jacky
