Been looking for Keychron K2 V2 mechanical keyboard for a while now and what a great find at the keyboard company! The order was flawless via the online store, order tracking and delivery was smooth. Very much happy with the entire experience and would recommend anyone to purchase from the store. Customer service was very knowledgable with their products and shipping dates too!

Ordered a keyboard from their website, it arrived on time and in perfect condition.
The sales team was really helpful, I e-mailed them because I thought I made a mistake when I put through the order for my keyboard and they replied basically instantly.
The order confirmation was also (I think) sent by a human and not by some automated donotreply e-mail address.

Lovely service, lovely staff, great keyboards. Nice!

Worst online experience ever. Bought a keyboard, it arrives broken (not working). They made me pay 30€ shipping, just to send it back when a vas product is not my ‘problem’. Shame.
Also worst client service I’ve ever seen. Avoid this guys!

Stumbled across The Keyboard Company whilst trying to source a wireless mechanical ('clicky') keyboard to replace a Cherry G80 and IBM SpaceSaver II. I spend a lot of time at my keyboard so it has to be just right (and I am extremely particular) but 48 hours after a conversation with the very knowledgeable and patient John who took my call (thanks John!) I took delivery of an absolutely superb Keychron K2 which I immediately fell in love with.

I therefore recommend this company without reservation (and wrote far too many words because typing is now a pleasure again). 5 Stars.

Horrific customer service and experience. I had the keyboard for just over a month before it stopped working. Every time I pressed a key it would input up to 9 other keys randomly, making it impossible to use. I tested this one 3 different devices including Mac and PC on Bluetooth and Wired, and the issue still occurred.

Upon returning it to TKC, they said that there is no issue with the keyboard however I have video evidence that there was.

I was happy to receive the keyboard back, as long as they sent me a video of the keyboard working in situ. It has now been well over 6 weeks and I have sent many emails with Andrew asking for this video, but no response apart from: ‘the keyboard works fine’.

If the keyboard now work’s completely fine, then why can’t I have a video showing this?

Keyboard shipped the same day and delivered the next, super easy buying experience. I’m new to mechanical keyboards but the website was extremely detailed. The team are also very quick and helpful too with an enquiry I made.

I ordered the Keychron K8 as my first mechanical keyboard and have been very happy with my choice in the short time I've had it so far.

The service and advice I received before making my purchase was excellent. It even ended up saving me £10, (Thank you Bruce) as it was accurately pointed out that I likely wouldn't need the ability to hot-swap the switches.

I would happily recommend The Keyboard Company to anyone.
