Took my laptop here at the beginning of the week explaining it had payrol software on and I needed it asap. I knew it was either the charger or charging point. Was told it would take a couple of days to test. I called in fri morning test still hadnt been done but their let me know at the end of the day.. Phone call at 4.40pm when it was too late to go anywhere else to be told it is the charging point but as its an older laptop the manager was not prepared to fix it. 'We take care of it' is the tag line this must only apply if you have the latest equipment. Very dissapointing service
Thankyou for replying with your very long explaination of why you decided not to repair my laptop. The testing and cost was going to be more than the laptop was worth. If this was the case can you explain why when i took it to another computer repair shop they just plugged in another charger which worked perfectly and i now have my fully working laptop back for the cost if a new charger?
