I've always loved the fact that when you order from them, they always give you a free pack of Haribo! 👍🏻😀 Customer service is excellent, reasonably priced and no questions asked. I had trouble with Scan a while back and wanted to be awkward with me. ☹️ Scan more like Scam!!

Could have at least updated saying shop is closed rather than open. Waste of journey from Newcastle upon Tyne.

I honestly don't know what happened to OCUK. Previously I bought 3pc's with them spending over 20k and experience was epic. Last week on Wednesday I ordered my new PC spending nearly 6k with them, next day delivery at this price point should be free but ok. MSI rtx 4090 was 600 £ more expensive compared to other online pc shops but I thought to my self ok at last I know those guys and they always made my shopping experience flawless. So I purchased totally over priced RTX4090 and other parts. Thursday nothing arrived so I called them just to be told 2 parts were out of stock and they won't post incomplete order. I've decided to go with other parts and been told I will get it on Friday. Long story short I got my delivery on Tuesday next week after 7 phone calls just to be told each time warehouse is processing my order and I will get it next day.
Hugely dissatisfied, disappointed and angered with the whole experience. Honestly not having automated system that let you know at any point something is out of stock is just unprofessional. But ripping off costumers by taking advantage of shortage in the GPU market is just disscusting! Lastly, shipping time is just a joke and I understand that it is pre Christmas time, but at the same time I ordered PSU from CCL computers and suprise suprise it arrived next day w/o any extra cost !! I'm really sorry but I'm afraid it was my last order with OCUK

Still the best of the best. Customer service is still second to none after 20 odd years of service.

Changed two items last minute after submitting an order and both were changed without question. Only spent 5 mins waiting for a customer services representative, which was refreshing!

Will keep returning to a brand I adore

Preferred this place when the shop was open and you could pop in to buy stuff or just to look and plan your next purchase.
