I would not recommend to go at this shop, especially if you need to fix your PC. I went there with a broken PC , the water cooler pump died, so it needed to be replaced, but the guy insisted, and i quote him: "that i need to do a full PC M.O.T", which cost 40-50£ (aka diagnose my PC). I told him that i don't need a "full PC M.O.T" and that i already know the issue and that the only thing i require is to change the water cooler with a air cooler (temporary, until i change it later). He was repeating and insisting about the "full PC M.O.T" and when he realised that he doesn't speak with a "noob" and that i have a bit of PC knowledge, he said "ok i change the cooler, but the coolers i have are very expensive". Clearly he noticed that it was a "emergency repair" and tried to take advantage of my need to get it fixed as fast possible. When i heard "very expensive" i realised that his only goal was to milk me and ask me overpriced prices for his service. I refused and he started to get angry on me, saying that "you wasted my time" and that "his shop is extremely busy and customers are waiting for him" while the shop was empty. Rude, patronising attitude and greedy. He was planning to charge me 40-50£ for the "full M.O.T" , another 40-50£ for changing the cooler and god know how much for the cooler. I would have ended with a potential 150-200£ bill for a thing that cost max 50-60£. Went to another shop, they changed the cooler for free with the condition to buy the cooler from their shop. It costed me in total 50£.

Scamers, the owner will do anything to keep hes '' business '' alive... He has tech/nerd guy who will remove/replace parts of your PC quickly without your concern to make some profit on ebay! Be aware!

Thank you for your appalling customer service. I called asking for a specific SSD drive in the m.2 format NGFF with the size 2242. The owner just said that he had standard SSD sizes of different capacities referring to 2.5inch SSD's and when asked if he had heard my request and question, he was apparently busy and had to go, putting the phone down. Clearly this person has no idea of customer needs. A bit like asking for a very specific dishwasher to fit in a very specific space and being told yes we sell dishwashers.

Bought a gaming tower pc only to find when booted up it still had all the previous owners' details on it.
I could have logged on as passwords were remembered there.
I had to delete and reinstall windows to bring into use.
Done his job for him!

This guy has run his business in Bridgwater for aslong as I can remember! 20 years+ There is a reason for this, he does an extremely good job. His Vape juice and equipment is cheaper than anywhere online or in any store in town and his Computer services are professional, quick and at a fair price. Can not praise this Shop and the owner enough. Highly recommend!

Only giving one star as I can't give lower. Terrible customer service, no interest in helping with my son's computer only interested in trying to sell something else. Quoted £600 for something we didn't need and resolved elsewhere for £78. Stay clear of this place.

And I will tell u why to get more customers they need to b more forth coming. As there attitude and customer service is so poor and they need a website. Because u get put off going into the store because of the poor atmosphere. From the two people in the shop and it's a real shame because of COVID-19 and I want to.soendy money in a local shop supporting the shops/owners in Bridgewater. But I don't feel like it when I go into this shop. And if they improved that and had much better customer service I would spend myoney in that shop. And support that shop with my custom and my money and support the local shop owners like I want too.
