I’ve just walked in to request a repair job on my fathers iPad regarding a charging issue after he dropped it. After being told that the cost of the repair would rival the cost of a new iPad. They kindly offered to take it into the back to have one of their engineers to have a quick look at it, and had it fixed and back in my hands within minutes at no charge. They were also amazingly helpful with a thorough buyers guide on what is the best value for money with their laptops..

Popped in this morning to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Had been informed it may take up to 3 days. Received an email earlier and they had it ready before they closed today. First class service

I brought a Macbook with a faulty keyboard for repair under the Apple warranty. Western took 16 days to do this repair (after saying it would be 2 weeks - already a ridiculously long time).

They said it would take them a week to formally 'diagnose the problem' (which they already confirmed when I dropped it off). I do not understand why I would book a specific drop-off slot just for them to take this long to even look at it - why did my computer have to sit around in their store for a week when they knew they couldn't get to it? I could have used it during this time.

They called me after they had had my computer for 9 days as a 'courtesy' to tell me they had not been able to diagnose the problem yet due to staff absences but that they would do it the following day. They then took another week to fix the problem. I had emailed to say I had a huge event I needed it for, and they did not do anything in terms of trying to finish (even though THEY were the ones who were late) and were curt with me when I reached out about progress updates. They also did not allow me to take my computer back as-is because they had disassembled it, so I had no computer for this event.

All in all it was an incredibly stressful process and I recommend just buying a ticket to London to bring your repair to an actual Apple store.

I booked an appointment to have my iphone battery replaced. When I arrived I was told it would take 1-2 days. I would have appreciated knowing this in advance, because I wasn't in a position to just hand over my phone indefinitely. Now I need to book a new appointment and arrange more time off work.

I bought my iPhone from this place in 2021 and the service was really good. After a year my phone stopped working and went today to get it checked and Aidan was very sweet & fixed the issue quickly. Quick service. This is the only place I prefer for my apple products

Emailed them and had immediate response and got appointment that day to get my new apple mac book pro up and running again.
Very knowledgeable, polite and great service from a brilliant team.
If you need assistance with an apple product in oxford, these are definitely the go to guys!
