Customer service (emails) - Could be better!
As a customer of theirs, if I had any problems with the PC, I used to get a response regarding it. But sadly in the past year or so I haven't had a response whatsoever to two of my enquiries which is disappointing. I understand that they may be short-staffed/COVID issues but bit rude not to reply to customer's emails whatsoever.
