I emailed and enquired about a laptop charger. Speedy reply very insightful and was able to help me get my laptop back up and running on the same say regardless of covid 19. Highly recommended will be using this business again.

The laptop was at the office for 3 weeks, and in the end it was not fixed. While there were no improvements and it was still not working, I was still charged for that. And it is a brand new and quite expensive laptop, barely a month after purchase when it broke down, and after all this time with no result it also came back with scratches on the lid.

P.S.: To answer the reply for this comment, it was my partner who went into the service. It was laptop HP Envy and I can definitely provide the receipt for GBP 70 dated 13-05-2022.

Very friendly and helpful service from Simon. Great advice on how to get my PC up and running again and in the end, he installed a new SSD and it's now like new only a lot faster. Not bad for a 10 year old machine! Highly recommend and will definitely use Easthill again if I need any computer repairs or upgrades.
