Excellent service for a gaming laptop with a QWERTY keyboard. The price was competitive, the postage to France was a bit pricey but it was delivered very rapidly within a few days. My son was over the moon with the laptop. It has worked perfectly and we are very pleased with it.

I purchased a laptop from this company back in March 2020 when the lockdown first started. It was essential to allow me to work from home. It was a brand new laptop but an older model. I required this specific model as it was the same as that used by my employer. Unfortunately on receiving the laptop I realised the second battery would no longer charge. This was due to it being sat on the shelf for so long that the cells inside the battery had died (a common problem). I contacted Tekshop who immediately arranged for the manufacturer (Lenovo) to replace the battery under warranty. I received numerous calls and emails from Lenovo but the issue was not getting resolved so I contacted Tekshop again. They immediately arranged to send a courier to my home address at their expense to collect the laptop and take it to their premises for repair with the aim of returning it to me within a matter of days. In the meantime Lenovo got in touch offering to send out an engineer. By this point my laptop was already with Tekshop and they offered to deal with Lenovo directly for me. Despite sending an engineer he was unable to deal with the problem and it was left to Tekshop to replace the battery for me which they did immediately and again at their expense. The laptop was returned to me by courier to my home address as promised and is now all working perfectly. I cannot recommend Tekshop enough. If it wasnt for their outstanding customer service this problem would not have been solved. I would like to particularly thank Ali for his superb customer service and for keeping every promise he made to me. Tekshop is a fantastic company with outstanding customer service which is hard to find these days. Dont use the big named retailers - buy from Tekshop - you will not be disappointed!!

I was very impressed with the service at Tekshop - the gentleman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and polite - they even helped me replace my laptop when I didnt like the first one with very little bother indeed, as they have a 30 day return policy.
They have good store inventory and a very useful filtering process to find a laptop with the right specs on their website - I also got a 50£ off voucher, which was a nice surprise!
