No chance to find out what his service would be like in person - as an appointment was made with him for the following day, with time approx to within 1-2 hours and he never showed up then or later in the day and never even phoned to explain/apologise and ask if I was willing to make another appointment. Was surprised to find he seems to have absorbed that infamous "Pembrokeshire Promise" of being unreliable.
