Took my MacBook Pro in for repair as the screen had gone black. This company gave me a new screen with excellent service. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!

Went in to buy a second hand laptop, very happy with the service and advice I was given. I was amazed that it came with a 3 year warranty.

If only we got more service like this in the country.polite ,helpful ,treated an older lady who is not technically minded with respect thank you to the lovely lad who served me 😁

I find this shop to be an absolutely wonderful asset to the town. I popped in today for some "smartphones for dummies" type technical advice on connectivity and the bloke behind the counter was friendly, understanding and courteous. Above all he told me how to resolve the problem. This morning I had to ring two companies about other issues and hung up on one because I was being treated so poorly. It was like a breath of fresh air going into "Welsh Computers" and I sincerely hope they prosper and thrive.

Don't use this company they're a sarcastic and condescending and it cost us £65 to sort the mistakes they made ignored our phone calls I even took the computer in there for them to sort and they said nothing was wrong turn out they forgot to put the hard drive into the computer blamed us for deleting all the files and refusing to pay for the cost of their mistake. World of tech in Oswestry did an amazing job of sorting the computer and getting all our files back.

Welsh Computers repaired an i Pad screen for me. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job at a very fair price.
