I took my laptop to iTek after it was dropped and wouldn't load, they discovered it was a damaged hard drive and recovered all the data.

This was especially important to me as not only did it have my business accounts and files on it also had 15 years of family photos that I really didn't want to loose!

They supplied me with a new laptop all fully installed with my old information, and a full automatic backup system in case of a failure in the future.

After my computer started being slow, I took it to iTek and the staff there were really helpful. They explained to me in simple terms what was wrong, they gave me a quotation and once I agreed they had it fixed the very next day, it's working better than it has before. Can't speak highly enough of the team at iTek. After taking my mac to an engineer in Barrow 3 times and having no joy fixing the problem, I tried iTek...what absolute stars they were! Updated my mac and cleaned up all the problems on it. There was a small error left over when I got it home but I rang up and they sorted it all out remotely. They obviously really know there stuff, were very professional and made sure everything was perfect for me. It's now working as smooth as it ever was. Such a relief to be able to use it without the constant hiccups I was having before. Thank you so much! One happy customer. :-)

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Itek are not the cheapest service provider in the area, because they dont take shortcuts or risks with your IT infrastructure like some other companies.. Highly skilled and knowledgeable team providing the highest levels of service in all aspects of their business. I've had a professional relationship as a customer with itek since they started out and they've just got better and better. If your IT system is critical to your business then these are the professionals who should be looking after things for you. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The best in the South Lakes in my opinion.
