Tom and his team are very obliging, quick efficient service. I have used him several times now for different reasons, we have also purchased and had installed a new desk computer. We were able to choose exactly what we wanted at a really competitive price with installation. With Tom and his guys no job is too much trouble and no job is too small, Tom doesn't pick and choose his jobs to suit him he's about giving the best service. Couldn't recommend WireITfree enough.

Fast reliable service and knowledgeable. I'm an IT professional and suspected a hardware problem when my PC got unstable, Will correctly diagnosed a memory card failure PC and did a good job of cleaning up the boards plus gave sensible advice on keeping it running smoothly.

I phoned and spoke to Tom because, after several days of trying, I couldn’t get my wireless printer to connect to any of my Apple devices. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 situation, he wasn’t able to get someone out to me, but very talked me through what I needed to do to make the connection work and (staying on the line with me), a few minutes later everything was working again.
I found Tom to be very helpful and patient with me, and would recommend him to anyone needing tech help.
